The evaluation of study programmes serves to review the curricula at the institutes. The aim of the evaluations is to ensure the high quality of the study programmes at the Phil.-hist. Faculty. The planning of the evaluations takes place in consultation with the institutes and is oriented towards the planning of professors. Ideally, the study programme evaluations are completed before new appointments are made.
The evaluation begins with the appointment of an evaluation commission and the registration of the evaluation with the Collegium Decanale. At the end of the evaluation, a self-evaluation report is produced, based on the Study Programme Evaluation Guide (dated August 2021). The report involves various groups of people (lecturers, students, external evaluators, etc.). The commission then discusses measures to adapt the study programmes. Three years later, a follow-up is carried out to check the implementation status of planned measures and the success of measures taken.
Information on completed evaluations of study programs is posted in German.
